Lovely training top as worn by the Spanish player during their European Championship winning campaign in 2012.
A feature I always liked with these training tops is the hole for thumbs to go through on the end of the sleeves. These fit quite nice and as per the design, are a tighter fit on the lower arms.

If you have a washing machine with a 'low spin' or 'handwash' setting, it should be ok with this at 30 degrees.
There is no guarantee that some print won't come off but this is best practice.
